This is enough to make person puke...NY's governor Hochul on sending NG to subways.

Right at the start one of the MSNBC clowns said 'no one takes it lightly, calling out the NG and sending them into harms way'. She goes on to say the subways are really safe but people just don't feel like they are, so she's sending in the National Guard....she wants them to feel good/safe.

Of course when Trump used to bring up such a move he was accused of racism. Hochul tries to head off that criticism by saying in particular that she is doing it to protect 'people of color who don't have the luxury of vehicles to get to their low paying jobs'.:eek:

So you know this is bullshit. When I make parts for defense or aerospace. Traceability and the documentation of the parts is paramount. I need to track employee, machine, in process inspection, material certs and keep encrypted digital backups off site.
And you’re telling me Boeing recorded over the tape…… oh please….. sounds like Boeing is hiring from the Hilary Biden left over candidate pool

I used to work for a plastics manufacturer that made all plastic interior parts for aircraft. Every single part had to have a serial number. The window shades, life vest boxes under the seat, armrest covers, everything. I also find it hard to believe Boeing has no records of this repair, at least intentionally.

I serial number everything…. Aero demands it….. but I have some other goofy customers…. Who return shit under a different rev from two years ago claiming it came from the last shipment….. once you have traceability it’s easy to implement everywhere and it saves money

I used to own a mfg company. The gear motors had a date code on them. We went through thousands of them a year so we never had old stock. People would send a motor back that was 5yrs old and try to claim the new motor was bad wanting a refund.
