Grilling on your boat . . .

Here's a pic of my buddy making Shrimp Scampi on the grill. I use a Magma pole mount with the pole holders. Works great and mounts and unmounts in a snap.

Grill smoked sausges. Place aluminum foil on grill and spray with cooking spray. then arrange green peppers and onions on grill and grill for several minutes. Then add sausages, bottle of sweet n' sour sauce and hot sauce (Tabasco, Texas Pete, etc.) and fold foil around conction and let simmer on grill for several minutes. Enjoy!!!!

Keith, this sounds great and I will definitely try it!
But, knowing me, I will not be able to resist the temptation to add a dash or two of Old Bay to the mix.

Agree, it would be fun to have a collection of CSR favorite recipes.

Keith,

I'll have to try that recipe next time sure sounds good  Richard you can add the grill to your 220. I've got one on my 240. You can see how I mounted it in the VM section I think.

OK, so here is one from south texas

Clean, de-vein and butterfly some really large shrimp. Maybe pound them just a bit to open them up and spread them out. Not too much!

Then inside the crease, place one sliver - (about the size of a good old fashioned wood white tip matchstick) of jalapeño, and a sliver of jack cheese. A bit larger sliver if you got some nice shrimps.

then roll it up and wrap once around with bacon. Skewer them up so the bacon stays put, and you can put several on the same stick... then just throw on the grill.

Serve up with some butter and lemon.

or maybe debone a few quail and soak in coke for about an hour or two, then right on the grill.
