It's estimated the population of Mexico and the other small Central American countries will increase 40 million people in the next 20 years. Knowing that some of those countries can't even deliver the mail with a finer accuracy than 'city', I think it's fair to expect they'll make little progress in providing for an even larger population.
We better get border security and immigration policies tuned up because we'll face an increasingly large flow of folks abusing 'asylum seeker' status, the majority being economic migrants, not victims of persecution.
