Impressive dinghy boats! Where do you guys keep them, how do you mount them on your boat, etc?
Figured I’d get the dinghy first, figure out the other minor details later. Ha.

Cause the boats are like a comfortable car, but the zodiacs are like a go cart! I have more fun alone with the zodiac than with a party on the boat.Very cool. I don't know why I like these little boats so much...I can't get enough of

Finally someone I can relate to!!!
Great looking dinghy Jeff, would like to see a pic of it on the back of your boat.
See you around town soon!
My Walker bay is holding up well after 2 seasons and about 75hrs. There are a few things rusting like the stainless decorative cover on the stern light socket but the major components such as cleats, tow eyes and handrails are holding up nicely.Contemplated selling our AB and going to the Walkerbay. Not loving the AB brand. All of their stainless rusts.
A dockmate has the LTE which is aging much nicer than my AB. Pretty much every piece of stainless has rust stains running down the fiberglass. Even the steering wheel has to be cleaned with Flitz once per month to get rid of the rust.My Walker bay is holding up well after 2 seasons and about 75hrs. You’re scaring me with this post as I have a 2021 Ab VSX 10 on order coming in any day now.Contemplated selling our AB and going to the Walkerbay. Not loving the AB brand. All of their stainless rusts.
That is too bad. I like the look of their boats too. The biggest thing that attracted me to Walker bay was the open layout with no bench crossing next to the console. Makes it easier to move around IMO.A dockmate has the LTE which is aging much nicer than my AB. Pretty much every piece of stainless has rust stains running down the fiberglass. I like that newer designs are putting the fuel tank in the front of the hull. Better weight distribution and use of space. I guess a bigger problem if the tank ever needs to be replaced or repairs. Always a trade-off, unless that is addressed in the design.Ohh I like (even need) that bench/cooler. I was drawn to the Walker Bay initially because they have the absolute smallest center consoles I could find with 5 person capacity with a "real" console. I thought I wanted a Highfield but really didn't end up loving the euro-style console.
I've got 3 youngish kids...and a dog. A whole lotta bodies to fit on a small inflatable...
I'll make you a good deal on mine...LOL. One other downside is the 3 gallon fuel capacity. Mine is a 2019 not sure if they changed this on the 21 model , but we have a 30 tohatsu and I'm always thinking about how much fuel I have remaining. You’re scaring me with this post as I have a 2021 Ab VSX 10 on order coming in any day now.
