The bad decision was years ago putting that boat on that lake to begin with. The providers in the area aren’t equipped to handle one that big. The original haulers caused an unfortunate chain of events when they bailed on moving it to the Miss. The neighbors have nobody to blame but the city and county for blocking the removal. This is crazy, I started this thread Dec 16th and its still sitting there. I’m told the current owner bought this boat for $20,000. With legal fees, bad trailer and fines I’m sure he will double or triple his cost. I don’t believe the boat can go back in the water with out major hull repairs from ice breaking and the transom was damaged from pulling from the rear straps. The city & county will not let the owner do any repairs at the current location and the neighbors are tired of looking at the classic POS. There is speculation that the SeaNote will be cut up and salvaged from where it sits. End of problem and the loss of another classic yaught from some very bad decision.
