This is a kit for a 1999 to 2002 340DA to rebuild your cabin door bottom rollers/trucks, also including new top and bottom plastic tracks and hardware to bolt it into the cockpit

After about four to six years the door rollers and tracks on this 340DA usually wear and deteriorate to the point that the door rolls bumpy and is hard to open and close.

These are hard to come by since the OEM manufacturer is out of business and Sea Ray only sporadically get's them. Apparently Sea Ray now scours dealers with potential invetory when they get a request for these parts or tell the customer, sorry, no more.

I waited over six months to get this set, but before I could install them my boat got destroyed in the marina roof collapse you've all been reading about.

IM me if interested.

They are over $400 from Sea Ray ... if you can get them.

I want $350 + shipping for the kit, which is eaxctly my cost.

For any of you guys with 340DA's that you plan to keep, buy this kit!

Spartech, the door unit manufacturer withdrew from the marine market and closed their factory. When you need tracks, trucks, etc. you will not be able to find them because there is no supply.

Alex D, First of all do you still have the kit? If so I was wondering do you know if the kit will fit 2000 310 Sundancer?

Thank You!

Hi,
Yes I do still have the kit ... I very much doubt it will fit the 310, but i simply don't know. Experience would lead me to believe they are two different generations of boats and they would have different door rollers.

my door was sticking quite a bit...I sprayed wd40 in...i really doused it, then cleaned the trackes, sprayed again, repeaded a few times top and bottom and now find that is slides with just a finger tip. I thought the roller was flatned, but it just needed lubrication. hope that with annual lubrication, can prevent replacement...hope this helps...

Dailey interest,
I purchased all of the same parts for my 97 330 from Teak Isle Mfg. Here is there link: http://www.teakisle.com/
The fellow I dealt with was Jim Cox. He was very helpful throughout the process and installation. Frank & Alex are right, you will not get this stuff from Sea Ray. I had a call to them and they said they would get the parts. I waited months to no avail!!! Good Luck! Todd

I found a "E-Bay" company today when searching for trucks for my Buddy's 380. The trucks are $125 for a set of four (4). The Track sells for $15 per foot. I believe the seller's name was something like "OEMarine" or something close to that. I did a search on google of "sea ray cabin door track" and this is the only one on the first results page that was on E-Bay.

Hope that helps for those in need of these "Hard to find" parts.

I just looked at Home Depot online, and while the doors are a couple of hundred dollars, it's really not that unreasonable a price.I'd also be careful about getting items the way some have suggested - if a home is being demolished, there may have been some issues in the home
