First Projects on my NEW 340!!!

Well, after reading and reading and reading I have knocked out my first 2 projects on my new boat! Though only cosmetic and not yet rising to the technical level of Scott or Gary, I would be glad to help anyone who may want to try this themsleves. I should be done with my 250,000 snaps on my canvas this weekend, but it is coming along very nicely!:smt038:smt038:smt038

Hey - congratulations! Welcome to "340 land".

On a side note - am I the only one who has a problem mounting a grill 6" from the fuel fill? Perhaps I'm just overly cautious... On the rare occasion that we use our maggot, I mean magma, I mount it on the bow rails. Well away from potential fumes and well away from accidental contact by people. We normally grill at the dock, where we have a full sized gas grill next to our slip (again, at the front of the boat).

oh YES...I bought that sad excuse for a snap tool from West Marine and I bent it just trying to squeeze the snaps on, so I took out a second mortgage and bought the one from Great Lakes....BIG difference!
