A week or two ago, a member on this site was looking for end caps for his transmission. I never heard any more about this. Did anyone ever figure out what "end caps" are?

I think the end caps ended up being the packing gland on the rod end of outdrive trim cylinders.

Thank you Frank. His terminology was unheard to me, but then, I don't own an outdrive. One cannot ever stop learning, although I am not quite sure how an "end cap" will ever enrich the quality of my cranial data base. :grin:
