Electoral Vote Prediction

True, but still a valid federal statute that governs how electoral votes are processed. To change that, Congress would need to pass a different law and that's not likely. I suppose the Supreme Court could also overturn it, but based on today's ruling and the importance SCOTUS placed on Safe Harbor in Bush v. Gore, I wouldn't bet on that happening either.

The ruling today just denied injunctive relief did not even stop the case. This solution will 90% involve SCOTUS and Trump has the advantage.

This is exhausting! It's over and the whole world is watching Trump and (some republicans) try to tear apart the US Democracy. I speak only for myself but the mighty USA seems to be imploding in front of the rest of the world.Trump is a cancer!!

Baloney. Challenging a vote only strengthens the democracy. Let him do his thing. The worst thing for democracy is to leave open questions. If he looses, then like Obiwan Kenobi, democracy comes back stronger than ever. If he wins, then look out below. Don't believe the TV drama.

What would you call the Democrats cheating, vote by mail scandals, the Dominion Shit Show?

LMAO another guy all wound up by the election. Show us one court case that supports your claims, just one. Trump is not even claiming voter fraud in the courts.
Claiming the greatest election scandal of all time without any court except able evidence is just, to quote Trump fake news

Riddle me this....why does Trump have a rally scheduled in Florida on January 20? Why did Trump say he would run again in 2024? Why are renovations underway at Mar-a-Largo to ready if for Trump by Christmas? Why are they building an inauguration stage for Biden?
Seems that the writing is on the wall, it's too bad the tax payers are paying the price.

In about 5 weeks we will know a lot.

We will know if the Supreme Court still follows the constitution.

If we can turn back the deep state.

So you don't believe any of the judges in the 53 court cases that have been dismissed were judged by the law? How about the Supreme Court rejecting the GOP claim to over turn the PA Presidential election results were they wrong too?

I would agree with you if the challenges had developed evidence of wide-spread voter fraud. But, over and over, the courts have rejected President Trump and his supporter's claims. Every state has now certified its election results and all but one Governor has sent the Certificates of Ascertainment that guarantee the electoral results. Now, in the absence of evidence the strategy is to try to change the game when they don't win, exactly like whiny babies. It's clear that the goal is now to ensure there are open questions to (1) sow distrust in American Democracy in the hopes it will somehow be beneficial in the future and (2) make money from the gullibility of supporters by extracting money most of which won't be used for anything having to do with election fraud. Don't believe the echo-chambers, look for evidence from multiple places. When there's a difference, look harder for source documents.

Your problem is what one side would consider fraud the other considers voter suppression. Bottom line is we need more secure and transparent elections across the board.

Your problem is that we had the most secure and transparent election in U.S. history, as testified to by the public-private partnership entrusted with making sure of that (to his credit, established by President Trump).

The case was not even dismissed, the immediate injunctive relief sought was turned down.

Transparently fraudulent.

"as testified to by the public-private partnership entrusted with making sure of that" that is influenced by the Chinese

So, you're saying that President Trump allowed his Department of Homeland Security, among other participants in the partnership, to be infiltrated by the Chinese? For shame, and perhaps a good reason to change out the current establishment and clean house?

That's like being the tallest midget. Just because we are told by some bureaucrat that it was the most secure and transparent in "US History" doesn't mean it was actually secure and transparent.

So, like President Trump says, the U.S. has sunk to the level of a third-world country and is no longer an example for the rest of the world. Got it. Sad.

The 2019 law they want ruled unconstitutional was a GOP created law.

The lawsuit was brought by Republican Rep. Mike Kelly, who argued a 2019 state law authorizing universal mail-in voting is unconstitutional and that all ballots cast by mail in the general election in Pennsylvania should be thrown out.

"The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice [Samuel] Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied," said the court's one-sentence order, which did not suggest any dissent among the nine justices.

If you're talking about running a secure vote, no we are not. Here in IL I need a picture ID to buy beer, cash a check, receive money from my bank, get Sudafed (or similar decongestants), get on an airplane, and to show a cop when he asks. But I don't need one to vote because that is "voter suppression." That is not a secure vote. Nor are "mail in" ballots that can be filled out and/or harvested by anyone.
