Hello Everyone,
Wanted to introduce myself. My name is Paul my fiancee and I just bought an amazing clean and maintained 1997 240 Sundancer and have it slipped in Greenwich, CT. Been exploring the LI Sound and are loving this new lifestyle.
I do have a question - hope it is not dumb.
The last boat I had was a 20' bowriding bayliner with no amenties. This is my first boat with a fully galley, porta potty, stern drive (have only had outboards before) - well you get the point.
My question is this. I was reading the porta potty instruction and it seems the it does not empty into the waste holding tank. It is my impression that I can have it either pumped out at a pump out station or do it myself. Am I correct in assuming this. My fiancee and I find it hard to believe that the waste holding tank is just for the galley sink.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
All the best,
Paul (aka Sea P.A.)
