At 6'3 mine is a tight squeeze, but overall I like it. The door track cracked this weekend so one more thing I have to fix.

I wouldn’t consider a 380 to have a wet headAt 6'3 mine is a tight squeeze, but overall I like it. The door track cracked this weekend so one more thing I have to fix.
It might. All depends on his aim.I wouldn’t consider a 380 to have a wet head
Too much information.Planning a 2 week trip with daughter next summer with anchor out nights and absolutely positively must wash my ass and hair every morning. Civilized.
Yes but is your 44DA a "wet head" or a separate shower stall... That makes a big difference. I NEVER used the shower in my 340DA but I use the separate shower in my 400DB all the time.We love our shower - Use it all the time - 7 years in a Marina with bath house nearby and have never showered in the bath house...

Why does a wet head make a difference? If you plan showers to happen at a certain time of the day, the last one out wipes everything down and the head is effectively cleaned on a daily basis keeping things fresh.Yes but is your 44DA a "wet head" or a separate shower stall... I like showering on the swim platform but the rest of the people I my marina always make rude remarks.[/QUOTE)
We could shower in our cockpit with our aft curtain installed in total privacy. Used the raw water wash down. This was handy when anchored in an anchorage with clean water like the North Channel. Saved potable water for drinking, cooking and making ice for drinks.
clearly, evening is the best time. (;-)And such lovely hair it must be!
I agree, although it's usually in the evening to wash the sweat off before getting into bed. Now, let's not let this thread devolved to the whole morning/evening shower debate!
No debate..... Sometime during the afternoon. Once I'm done with my chores of the day, that's when I jump in the shower. Living in Florida, there were days when I would take multiple showersAnd such lovely hair it must be!

When I bathe in Lake Superior it shrivel’s up so much it turns inside out. I always take a shower on the swim platform.I just used the lake, dive in, up on the swim platform to apply soap, dive in again to rinse. The colder the water the less time it takes.
Swim platform when weather permits. Otherwise I use a squeegee in the head after a shower to keep it looking nice.
