Going from small to combo head / shower to one with fill standing room and separate compartments has been huge for us.

Hi Henry,Brad, does yours have the semi circular plexi-glass door?
My experience with a wet head in a previous 280DA and was not very manageable with young children. The carpet was always wet outside even with the curtain drawn. Kids don't pay attention to water spray, and if you need to wash them yourselves....just a disaster. We moved up to the 40 Sedan, and it is a night and day difference. My setup is very similar to b_arrington (the 400DB has 2). Dedicated shower with a seat that will fit 2 people!Hi Henry,
Mine has a plexi door but it's a straight bi-fold type. Hinges inward to open and folds back against the shower wall. A vinyl strap with snap holds it open. When closed it stays that way with friction fit. There is NO gap in the center so it's water-tight (for showering, anyway).
Same for us in our 330DA; a squeegee and a chamois do the trick.I love showering on my 340SDA and we have plenty of room. Even the towels we hang on the far side will stay dry if you take a little care. The part I don't love is the clean up. To make this easier we use a water blade to squeegee the walls and a sham wow towel to finish off. At least our head stays very clean.
Generally we group our showers at the end of the day so there is only one wipe down. Otherwise a rinse of on the transom during the day is sufficient. It's also preferred to do this if we have been on the beach with sand. I don't like getting sand into the shower or the sump pump.

We have the semi-circular plex door in our forward head (very roomy) and the aft head has a shower curtain.Brad, does yours have the semi circular plexi-glass door?
Please walk me through how to turn on and off theWhat bothered me about the wet head in the 330DA was the curtain that covered the door. It was easy to dry off the walls, wipe the counter and floor etc., but that curtain was a PITA. I preferred just wearing a bathing suit and using the transom shower.

Hello. I am new to a 2008 330DA and I cant figure out how to turn on the shower in the head... the sink faucet works fine. I have looked through all the online manuals but no luck.
Please walk me through the steps to turn on and off the shower in the head... I am sure I missed something when the dealer was explaining how to operate the shower, thank you!
Also use liquid soap not bar soap. Bar soap will gum up your sump and hoses.Acrylic clam shell in my wet head works great keeping the head dry. I use a squeegee on the clam shell when done. After drying off I squeegee the floor. I leave the vent fan on for about 20-30 minutes. High and dry. I am hoping my next boat will be large enough to have a separate shower stall. I use the shower every day in the summer. Special warning: make sure your sump is kept cleaned
