Hello,
I recently bought my 330 Sundancer and wanted to try to reduce the noise and vibration so I checked the prop shaft alignment and found it off. I was able to raise the engine mounts and get the vertical alignment dead on but have a .008" gap on the starboard side of the coupler consistently, even when I rotate the shaft. I have tried adjusting the Hurth V drive mounts up to 1" both left and right but the .008" gap never changed but sometimes the shaft would bind. Does anyone have any recommendations ?
