Randy, I think everything was answered in both threads.
It was like beating a dead horse. That's just my take on it . :smt001.

He needs to get a lawyer. Not us telling him how to handle that sticky mess

opinions are fine, but when it starts into name calling and "f"ing these and "f"ed that the thread will be deleted.

Side note: Along those line, you may want to change your 1st post in this thread to something a little bit more family friendly.
 
Whisky Tango Foxtrot is pretty durned family friendly if you ask me.

I think by deleting the post you lost the ability to help people make informed decisions. If I was in the area of that particular service provider (and I am) I would want to know about his quality of service, or lack thereof.

Just my $0.02 worth.
 
I was hoping to come back and find out what happened??? Everything was answered but not for the people who hadn't read it yet. Was wanting to see pics too.
 
As stated before CSR is not the place for it. Yes state your opinion, but when it degrades into name calling it will get deleted. Like somebody else said CSR does not need to get into the middle of it There is ways to handle disputes, CSR is not one of them.
 
OK then.

In my opinion, DRD Motorsports really hosed the guy that originally posted that his boat shipper got stuck, and then made the boat owner pay for the tow, despite the fact that he wasn't driving the truck.

I am not trying to be a smarty pants here, but I think that people need to know about these things.
 
Yea, what was the "final" outcome of that day. I left for a weekend of boat time and came back home and cannot find anything on it.

I don't think CSR needs or wants that.

BOC got shutdown over the weekend for bad mouthing a guy. Remember that one ??.

With all due respect, perhaps the offending posts in the thread can be edited / deleted by the moderators? This will preserve the otherwise good information in the thread.
 
..and then people will get mad because they were "censored" but somebody else wasn't. Its a no-win situation being a moderator. I am just seeing all this for the first time so I'm glad Chuck was around to keep it under control. Discussing a situation and asking for advice is one thing, putting up legal documents and all this talk of law suits and police and whatever else is another. This site is not the place for that. The last thing we need to happen is to get called into court regarding something that appeared on here. This is another one of those useless threads that does nothing for this site. Locking her down, and any spinoff thread will get deleted.
