Mike, the official cut off date is July 15th. But, I prefer to have the final order placed prior to the date and have some extra time for getting the quotes and the production process going. So, it all depends on what your "last minute decision" mean. If you'll know before July 15th, then it makes your decision on the t-shirts order much easier.

I'm locked & loaded at all marinas except Champlins. It would be so much easier if they just took credit cards over the phone too! Haha!

Just a note to the Great South Bay contingent. Pauley O, Neil, Paul (PMC) and myself are departing THURSDAY morning, Aug. 7th for Sinnecock Marina. They required 2 days minimum so we figured we'd head there a day earlier. I'm not sure what others are planning on doing or if anyone wanted to head out with us so I figured I'd keep you informed of our plans.

Yes, the 28 days cancellation policy doesn't help much either. I wonder if people actually reserve anything in advance there.

I'm glad you're getting early head start. A trip to/from the Flotilla is an adventure of it's own.

When I called them over the winter, they said I could make a reservation (they did not mention a 2 night minimum or an issue because I am a Nassau resident) or just go there the night I wanted to stay and see if a slip was open. They said for a Friday night in August, non Holiday weekend, I would not likely have a problem getting a slip. If there is going to be a few of use staying there, then if may be out of luck now. I am still not sure what my Friday night plan will be. I may still try Shinnecock or one of the other marinas nearby.
