Make your reservations for the party it is the 18th and 19th of January at the hotel desk, get your rooms and party reservations there. Its a fun group of boaters that call themselves Docktrash.

wife and I just reserved a room.... If you get a chance , let me know when you plan on arriving at the hotel..maybe we can meet and take the shuttle all together ..?

We won't be getting to the show until about 1:30. Do we still want to plan on getting together for dinner/drinks after the show? Meeting up at the show?

I'm game for meeting up at the show, after the show....whenever. guess I'll aim to get to the hotel at 11 as well.

for those who weren't able to make it you missed out on a good time...that said I can't honestly say you missed out on a good show, it was definately on the small side. that said it was crazy crowded which I'm hoping is a good sign that the market is on the upswing and maybe a bigger show is in the future. I didn't grab many photo's and well...none of any Sea Rays. Sea Ray had the biggest cruiser there being the 410. truely though it was the year for center consoles and toons.
32' Regulator
23' Tidewater, this thing has to be the dryest 23' center console in the market. massive freeboard and insane amount of carolina Flare
24' Scout
27' Everglades....although we all loved the 32' with its energy assorbing floor at the helm.
the only go-fast at the show, a 16' with a harley davidson engine and dual thru-hull exhaust
tritoon with some of the comfiest seats I've ever sat in!
get your LED on!
Jason may not have gotten to play on his 470 or steal the energy assorbing floor out of the Everglades but we did find him a balloon sword...as you can tell it was the most thrilling part of the show for him:grin:

Had a great time at the show, Dinner with friends, back to the hotel room for drinks and boat stories..:thumbsup:
Maybe next year we can plan a winter Rendezvous at a southern boat show ?

Next year the boaters need to cut back on the shots they were giving the band LOL. The lead singer could no finish last set do to a few to many shots.
As usual a lot of fun and good food was had at the party. Also as asked pictures will be coming of the party. I really enjoyed meeting up with the new-and-old Club Sea Ray members this year at the party. The light display the disc jocky put on at the pool this year was really sharp to. Not sure if anyone got some of the beachballs that were left this year at the pool. The big beachbals were alot of fun to watch get blown up.
As asked I'm setting up the dates for next year. Will post the party dates when they are set.
