Cruisair temperature sensor adapter - RJ11 to 3 pin

My temperature sensor is reading high on my Cruisair SLXR16-N9 HVAC system. I ordered a new sensor and it came with an RJ11 connector. My system has a 3 pin plug. I looked online and there are places that sell the adapter to go from RJ11 to 3 prong plug for over $100. Does anyone have the Pin out for the plugs? Or another place that sells the adapter for a reasonable price. Or a SChematic?
