Let me put this out there for your thoughts/ideas on this. I have a 2000 340 Sundancer.... It's been a great boat. I like the size/layout and even though I am getting older, I can still handle a boat this size.
However, the boat is 21 years old and while it is in REALLY great shape, "things" are happening, breaking, aging, are in need/repair, it's has older technology, etc etc etc, etc, etc..... So, I am considering upgrading to a newer, used boat.
I really like the SeaRay Sundancer model. (Although I wonder if a Sedan Bridge may be something I should consider, since I am getting older. But Anyway, that's a separate consideration....... ). I like the shape/look/configuration of the 2010-2013 350 Sundancer. The 370 is beautiful but probably out of my price range. The 330 Sundancer looks cramped in size compared to my 340 Sundancer.
In my opinion/observation, in some of these newer boats, it almost appears that SeaRay tries to jam pack so many features/accommodations/amenities into these boats that they leave less room for the occupants.
So, my question"s" are:
o Is there "anything" about/in these model types and year ranges that I should look for?
o Is there Any features and/or years that I should stay away from?
o Is any particular model more reliable than others?
o I'm curious to know "any" of your thoughts/recommendations/ideas/suggestions......
Thanks All....
