Those that believe they are moderate and want to negotiate this topic fail to acknowledge all the taking of rights that has occurred with nothing in return for the taking of those rights. They further ignore that all the rights they took in the past did nothing to prevent what they now want to stop by taking more rights away. It is completely illogical…

Agreed. Just as the title of this thread is contradictory.
