And here we go...From the water you would not know the awful things that are happening in that city.
It has been really clear across the lake lately. It always amazes me on those days when I can see the city clearly.Looks like a great day!
Pretty nice sunsets over the weekend to boot!

Great photos. I just love Chicago and the food even more. Lived there for work about 20 years ago ..had an apartment in Wrigleyviille and could see into the outfield from my window. Our building was one that had bleachers on the roof. Man we had some great times during the two summers I was there. What a town.
And here we go...
I work in that city and it's pretty nice. Yes, there are some problems on the south side and there are problems like other big cities, but overall it's a great place.
WAS...
you got some pretty strong denial going on there. 3/4 of my slip mates are from Chicago are you trying to tell me they’re lying to me?
LOL ..ok Mike.
FFS...I didn't mean this to become a political post, but some people apparently can't help themselves.
Is Chicago perfect? Absolutely not. Do they need to crack down on crime in some areas? Yes. Do they need more jobs in some areas. Definitely.
I still love the city and I've never felt in any danger. I work there almost every day and I love it.
I've got to be honest with you. I just came in here to post some nice pictures and you have done your best to turn this into some kind of bullshit political thing. I don't appreciate it.https://wgntv.com/news/chicago-news...d-in-downtown-chicago-after-night-of-looting/

My original post was just some pictures. You are the one who is trying to ruin the thread. Not exactly sure why you think acknowledging what is going on in Chicago is political. If it is then your original post was political for pretending everything is perfect.
