Aside from the great scenery how can the coast guard let these captains operate??? The poor deck structure! How could you even keep track of who you brought???

These guys were tied up right next to my friend mike in his Regal and my boat.

Definitely 50+ people on alot of boats. I had 20+ last year completely safe and life jackets for all, can't say the same for the others....
