Chesapeake Bay - Eastern Bay Area... Looking for a nice cove to sleep...

Anyone know of a good place to drop anchor for an evening around the Kent Island, Chester River, St. Michaels, Oxford, essentially the Eastern Bay area... ?

refer to Active Captain for suggestions - I was just reviewing that site and they had several spots in that area

Another great link! Used to teach at Mayo ES in Edgewater... and that's where we dry docked her for the winter... small world!

Stick your nose up in the wye river. Beautiful place. If you want to do some partying or relaxing (take your pick) at a mini "Seacrets" style place check out Lowes Wharf on your way from Eastern Bay to Tilghman. There are some nice creeks near St Mikes too where you can anchor.

Wye River... is that where Chef Boyardee's house is? If so, beautiful area and good idea. Have done some mulling around up there with some friends.
