Well, I learned something new last night about my canvas snaps and throught I'd share with everyone. I'm sure most of you know this already and probably saying to yourself "Duh, what a dumb a$$"
I've always been frustrated w/ my canvas because the damn snaps never lined up. Last night, i decided to look at them a little more closly. I noticed the snaps are actually in a track and you can SLIDE them! :wow: Man i was as happy as a 5 year old kid on Christmas. I lined everything up (must have been 10 or so snaps) and re buckled everything.
Btw, the snaps that slide are only the ones that are in the metal framing around the windshield. Obviously the ones mounted to the fiberglass won't slide... but all the ones on the fiberglass line up perfectly.
Anyways, just thought i'd share my new lesson.
