My paddle wheel speed that is displayed on my SmartCraft display on my 06' 320 Sundancer is off by almost half. It could be a little dirty, or just not correctly calibrated. I only trust my GPS Raymarine C80 SOG. Is there a way to either get the SmartCraft to show the GPS SOG speed or can I calibrate the Smartcraft to the GPS?
The problem is that all the other SmartCraft Speed related calculations like trip, distance, GPH, etc. are off because I am not using the actual speed. :smt021
If I want to clean the paddle while the boat is in the water, where would I find it and how can I clean it?
I guess it would also be useful to only use one depth meter right? I am seeing a slight difference between the Raymarine DSM30 connected sounder and the SmartCraft one. Not sure if that is possible.
