i have seen smaller than full pieces of Starboard for sale on ebay...in fact i bought a scrap piece off ebay that was the exact size i needed to make a new dash panel....you may can find a piece for sale that better matches the number of orders you get....

Well in this case it's a balance between end cost to you guys, setting up and running the machine, materials and making it worth it. The product came out great and I am trying to keep it as reasonable as possible. A full sheet's 21(that would be great), but to make it worth it is 10, a smaller size board won't make it worth doing.
Thanks for the idea though.

It comes down to labor and machine time. Nesting by a sheet is a one time run. Cutting individual pieces of 1" scrap is a pain. Each has to be clamped down, re-zeroed, re-centered and then run. You also end up wasting more material in the end, and that means more cost.

I am working on making cabin sink covers for our 260DA and think this will work nicely.
It fits our 260DA cabin sink perfectly with a disc below to hold it in the sink and the topside diameter to match the existing sink. I'm still trying to figure out pricing but thought I'd show you the next product I've been working on. It's made of starboard.

I just need to get the dimension off of other boats to provide them to others if they want them.
