Cabin Sink cover/cutting board

Looks good Todd!! Will this cover fit both of our sinks?

It will fit the cabin one. The cockpit sink is oval. I'm working on a cover for the cockpit one that will be wood and clip on the rails out there.

I thought of that too, but it easily lifts off. It fits nicely to the inside dia of the sink to not slide or shift but not too tight to need a hole. My bride has wanted one for awhile and I asked her about a hole and she didn't want it so I designed it to her liking. If people want a hole that's easily done.

Todd, Looks great - your my hero!
But I'm confused. The picture looks like the cover goes over the sink outside diameter but above you mention the inside diameter. Can you clarify for us?
I trid to cut a cutting board to fit/sit inside the diameter and failed completely. Would not seat firmly.

Imagine a Grolsch beer bottle. The inner lip is on the inside of the beer bottle lip. The top(cap) rests on the rim if the bottle.
I'll take a side view pic and post it.

Here may be a better visual/explanation.

That looksl ike the ticket. Will clean up the sink area on my little top side bar. Please let me know when you start production.

Thanks

Put me down for 2. One for the cabin, and another for the cockpit once you get it figured out :)

Showed it to the admiral and all i heard was "OOOoooooooo.... nice!"

Ok guys. In order to do this I need to buy one sheet of the starboard. I can get 21 out of one sheet. The dimensions in the cover shown and fit on the 260DA and I believe the 240DA for sure and hopefully others, I just haven't found them yet are 13" OD and 11 1/4" ID(to nestle in the sink). They will be $49.50 + shipping and tax.
If this interests you please send me an order email at info@vikingbay.co and I'll update the running tally here.
I need 10 orders to make this work. Thanks again for looking.

Email already sent. Are you going to make it out Friday for shrimping? Should be a nice weekend here filled the boat with gas yesterday about 20mph gusts wind waves 2' lot of boats were out real surprise. At our dock had 7.4' depth -3.3 tide almost couldn't turn boat around in the Foss waterway.

Is it open Friday? I need to go get my license and a shrimp pot. Right now I only have crab pots. It was nice but breezy yesterday. I'm going to get some stuff done today, including maybe some polishing.

It's open Friday May 11 from 7:00 to 3:00 they changed the date from Wednesday to Friday because of exterme low tides at boat ramps.

That's great to know thanks.

BTW< we have 3 covers officially ordered right now. I need to at least order 10 of these to make it a viable project, but ideally 21(full sheet) . Thanks again for looking.
