cabin shelve

So yesterday was out on the water and when I returned to marina and open the cabin found that the front end of the starboard wood shelve was down. Other side still in place.

Wasn’t choppy at all and basically shelve had nothing heavy on it.

Can’t figure out....was that attached with nails? Screws?

Suggestions??
