Planning on using Shurhold's Buff Magic and Polish this spring on the 'Dancer. Wondered if anyone else had used these products on their 'Ray ??

Used it last year.....love it.

I used it last year, found it easy to use and had great results. I will use it again this year.

After I retired the first time back in 2001 I started buffing boats for other boat owners. I found that using the 3M compound, oxidation remover, worked the best and is used by all the other boat detailing services in my area. As for the final finish I found Trewax to give a fantastic durable finish. Meguires is good as well for final application. Do understand that if your boat is in salt water consider all your hard work on the hull short lived...yes, the shine will be there for a couple of months but the salt eats the wax like Rosey O'donnel at a buffet!!!

Used Shurhold's products last season and had great results, I will use them again this season. I had more than one person ask me how I keep my boat so shiny all season. I guess that's considered positive feedback.

Have been using only Yachtbrite products for about 6 years, I switched this year to the duel action buffer, great results and happy with all.

Hello, I,ve been using Starbrite Deck Cleaner on the non-skid areas of my boats but is there a product that is more like a wax that will give those areas more UV protection without making them slippery?

I have used Aurora Sure Step and it works as advertised. I can not see it used on diamond non skid and the sand non skid. It is an apply and buff off like typical wax.

I have also used WoodyWax for non skid once. It is EASY. I may never go back to buffing non skid . . . ever.

Not to get off my question:smt100 but up here in Michigan we try take advatage of every sunny day:thumbsup:

Nice Jeff, you need to get some sun, you're blending in with the snow...

I'm a former Trewax fan. One year we put it on in 50 degree foggy weather. It took two years to get it off. Never again.

I recently started using Shurhold's Yacht Brite line and am really happy with the results. Used Buff Magic and Pro Polish on my boat and Pro Polish and Serious Shine on my car and both are so shiny and ready for the hot summer sun. Highly recommended brand of products.
