Does anybody know where I can get a rugged burgee mast for my bow rail? I have a SR390 EC with a spot light mounted on the rail so I can't fix mount it in the center. I'd like to by two to mount on either side of the spot. I have had some in the past that clamp to the rail but while boating in weather sort of bent! Looking for someone who sells a nice rugged one like from solid aluminum that handles ruff water!

Thanks...

I had my marina weld a stanless female fitting on the under side of the stainless insert that held the spot light on my 37 Express. I bought a standard stainless flag staff at West Marine and drilled holes through the fitting and staff and secured the staff with a clevis pin. This worked like a charm. You have to like the look of a mast that is positioned below the rail instead of above, but lots of high end boats have this look.

I just looked at my photo album, and while the flag staff is removed, you can sort of see the setup I had on the pic of the 37 being pulled out of the water. If you look very closely at the 37 and the Tiara in our slip you can just make out the flag.

I'm going to have to make mine. I have my Nav lights right in the center of my railing

So.. I'll make a plate that I can mount beneath the light and make a nice Burgee mast to plop onto it when I care to fly a burgee.
It's just low on my priority list right now.
