festivus 44 - what type of dog is in the raft with the child??

We just got a Autralian Terrier puppy and that dog appears to be one also. Hope we can get our new dog in water soon - will be taking out on boat first time this weekend - probably be on island by YMCA Camp Letts so dog can enter from beach.

Ginger is half Jack Russell and half Yorkie (a JERKY!).

She is very smart, highly trainable and incredibly eager to please. Considering the breeds, she's a tad high strung:smt101, but seems to be mellowing with age. As long as she has something to chew on (like a wingless toy) she doesn't go crazy on the boat. She's about 10 pounds now and will likely max at 12-15 at most. She's very good with the kids and she seems to be getting accustomed to the motion of the boat.

Very similiar to my puppy in all respects - she is still training us I am afraid
