Best Oil Changer?

Any clues on to what the best oil changing tool is out there? I was considering a vaccum type but I've noticed there are several out there. When I had my last boat (15 years ago) I used one that attached to a drill but I remember it to be really messy. An online store link would be helpful Thanks.

http://www.mityvac.com/pages/products_fee.asp#MV6410[/h]vacumm pulls out the oil into the tank and then switch a valve and pump it back out the hose into your waste container of choice. Works really well nice and neat, purchased at a local auto parts store.

Just spend the $30-40 for the Mercruiser oil pump, thread it onto your dipstick tube and then pump the oil out.

this is one I use... It is $60. I think it is the best manual pump.
