Bend over grab your ankles, Gov-Mint Motors

Ill stick with my guzzler suv, in fact Im waiting to hear back if they are going to give me enough for my Navigator at the Caddy dealer on a new Escalade. The salesman asked me if I wanted the hybrid version, I said no thanks I'll take the "old" technology for 10K cheaper.

All the signs are there and we are gearing up for the "electronic age" the Saudi's are trying to focus on tourism as you can tell by Dubai, they know the end is near and the US will be self sustaining. the car companies are switching thier thoughts and riding the "Toyota bandwagon and pressing the bad press issue" and thats from asking the wife, would you buy a Toyota? and her answer was no they are unsafe, with that persona the thoughts are switching.
I think the volt, the Fusion will eventually outsell the competition because of this bad press, we are a wait and see country and will suck the middleast dry and pull out, the technology is in place and has been for years with electric vehicles, there are many ways around charging these cars, solar panels on the roof, small turbines to generate power. plug in stations, pay as you go, that stuff is all figured out already. Some good indicators or i would call it a test is when they shot gas up to 4 bucks a gallon, the country started to adapt which human nature allows us to do, truck, SUV sales slumped and the thoughts switched to 35 mpg, its kinda exciting watching this unfold and there will be ways of re-couping the revenue loss such as in when you purchase license plates, mileage drove tracked by GPS and so on, you know the gov is going to get a piece of that somehow someway, the possibilities are endless, but we are on the cutting edge of electric cars....you get home, plug it in, you get to work, plug it in....no different than stopping at the gas station to fill her up....we will adapt
