Had the unpleasant experience to deal with this person before I read the negative comments.
Avoid him at all cost.
 
Well, Excuse me.............I thought the exclamation point was to emphasize your statement.

I looked at his listings and feedback record and one thing you have to admit.....that old boy has found a way to make this ebay thing work for him. He did over 315,000 separate transactions in the last 12 months. He must have an army of illegals packing boxes!
 
also has use 3 different names for ebay bogus tracking numbers. "We shipped it, heres a tracking number, its
your job to track it down. and "we`ll refund your money once you send it back" Except if they never shipped it ,how can you send it back???????????? I guess you always should read the feedback BEFORE buying anything. Lesson learned

I ALWAYS pay using PayPal with a credit card, because PayPal is not always the most cooperative when dealing with a crappy transaction. If PayPal fails to cooperate, then you go back to your credit card company and file a fraud complaint.

When the credit card company takes the money back from PayPal, that gets PayPal's attention and they immediately get cooperative. PayPal freezes the Seller's account which generally gets the Seller to cooperate.

Even if not, you still get your money back.
 
ebay and paypal got the seller to refund my money, wasn't that much but its the point of the matter.

sorry you had an issue...I know it's aggravating but in this mans world it's ALWAYS buyer beware.....pay attention to feedback in the future (it's why it's there) and good luck next time.

your screen print is inaccurate. He has 91 negatives this month. 896 in past 12 months.

Its probably not the fact that the item got messed up but the customer service afterward trying to get it corrected.

Sorry you had a bad experience. I actually bought 3 things from ecop! this year on ebay and had no issues at all. All of them were related to scope mounting hardware for a rifle. One I had to send back because it was the wrong size. It was my mistake but he gladly took it back and refunded my money. I have no idea who ecop! really is, but I had good service from them. I guess no one is ever perfect.
 
Don't know exactly what happened, but if your purchase was for the Zamak light, you were screwed from the git-go. Zamak is pot metal. It's for junk you don't care about.
 
I have actually bought a bunch of small things from ecop! On eBay over the past couple of years without issue. All related to shooting accessories or rifle parts and haven't had a single bad transaction.
