Atlantic City Rendezvous 2010

One Sweet Day:

A tray of 'Sa-Zeech' with onions and peppers and some home made cookies for dessert.

I'll get Gale Winds' offering for you later.

What time does the sailboat decoration contest start?..... :)

Doh!! I need to call the marina today with my CC.

They're gonna put you over on the fuddy duddy dock with all the other 'big' boat boaters....You are here to fore banned from the H dock....unless you come by with a nice glass of port wine and a mild cigar as an offering of peace.... :)

All you sport boat guys can stay on H dock and discuss how your Briggs and Stratten powered boats could handle a Gulf Stream crossing. We'll be on F dock discussing the merits of gas vs diesel power in our dinghies.

What time is the contest to trash....I mean decorate..... the big boats on F Dock?

Ron

Ryker Bella will bring a tray of Rocky Mountain Oysters. Should go nice with the Possum that Nansea is bringing.

We'll have some kind of beef thing.... For F-dock people. I'll put a bowl of dog food at the end of H-dock for those other people.

As of today, we'll be bringing Peruvian ceviche. This of course will change 3 times before the trip.

Pulled pork (I think).......Looks like two different gatherings.....One on "F" for the "in crowd" and one on "H" for the others........Maybe we can have a tug of war over the fairway between the docks!!! I heard that someone on F dock was assigned to not bring the lobsters for everyone.

F Dock boys are hosting this years 'table of the gods' ....they have a big purse to fill considering the 'H dock's' success in 2009...

Not that she's ever eaten dog food (spoiled little brat) but hey, she might give it a try....

H dock rules...

On F-dock, we'll actually be able to use our Chef-style galleys to prepare real food.

OK, got the Turtle, OSD Impulse and Riker Bella offerings. Gary is confusing me. I thought he was bringing hot chicken wing(less)s ?? Pls clarify.

As for the locale of the festivities, Dom is correct. All us puny little H-dock girly-men will be schlepping our offerings over to F dock this year. I think the Bertram dudes have commandeer'd the T-head over on H, which was our spot last year. F-dock should be bigger and better than last year - since we've got 50% more attendees, we're going to need the larger dancefloor.

You mean "Tenders" Do you have any Grey Poupon ?

I just spoke with Bobby Bacala and Richie the Arm....they're going to make 'arrangements' to commandeer the H-dock T-Head space. The dockmaster, after some 'very gentle, yet firm, persuassion' I'm sure will agree to assign 'Four Suns' the H dock T-Head space.......to quote a BP exec...it'll put you over with the 'Little People'

Now...when was that big boat trashing contest again???!!!!!!

Dom
In case they balk at putting Gary over there, I don't think they'd have any issues assigning Dave or Jeff the T-head. I think the dock wench last year told me they can house up to a 75 footer out there. Dave and Jeff are pretty darn close to that. Point is if we don't have the T-head, there may be no Table of the Gods.

Ron:

We've been 'guaranteed' the T-Head over on Fuddy Duddy dock for the table of the gods.

I just gave someone who can't speak English my CC#. I'm all set.

Ron,

Please mark 'Boat A Bing' for bringing plate of grilled skirt stake and h'oderves/french baguette and red caviar.

Thx,
Alex.
