Anyone hear from Wayne

I know it has only been a couple of weeks now, but I was wondering if anyone has heard from Wayne lately. I really miss his comments and his posts on here.

Thanks for the update elecdoc. If you speak to him again let him know we are up for a boat ride with him and Dee if he wants. It will only take us about 1 hr to get to him by boat.

He hasn't been removed. The thread where folks mourned his passing and he came back from the dead to thank them was erased though.

He called me last week but I couldn't take his call as I was out at a restaurant. Have left a couple of messages back but not heard from him yet. I will call at a different time of day to see if I can reach him to see how he's doing but I fear he's very ill -

This comment could mean a lot of things...I'm curious but I understand that it might be something that can't be shared.

Man, That sucks. I assume whatever he has is terminal by the comments posted but it seems as if he was fine not too long ago, Whatever it is it must have came on quick or he hid it well. Godspeed Wayne.

I heard from Wayne this evening. He says he's not too bad all things considered, but that he has good and bad days. I think he's more or less house bound, but not exactly certain. It's his lungs that have the issue and he's taking poweful meds for the pain. I mentioned the folk that asked to be remembered to him and he said to say, "thanks very much". As someone else mentioned, he's put his affairs in order and making the best of the time he has left. He's done with all the Forums he used to visit and is just biding his time with his family...........very sad really as Wayne is only 57. I wish him the best for the remainder of his time here-

I know but isn't it funny how he's missed. He's a real character who used to stir things up

I don't know any of the details, and just quickly scanned this thread. I am very sorry to hear about his situation, and I wish him peace at this time of his life. Another reminder as we get older to be thankful for every day.

Wow only 57 - this really sucks. I only hope he is spending quality time with his family and friends when able. All the toys we accumulate during our short time here don't mean squat without close friends and familiy to share them with. G-d's Speed Wayne!
