I have some fiberglass repair on my boat done recently getting it ready to put in. I am getting ready to replace the anodes (one hull block and two on the trim tabs) as that's all that was on the boat when I got it.
I painted the props shafts and rudders with petit prop coat (none having anodes on them). When the fiberglass guy/ boat mechanic saw the prop coat he said that will mess up the electrolysis on the boat and said take it off immediately.
Now I'm in a panic, do I need to remove it? Are the anodes I have enough? Should I add more? Etc etc......
I'm in freshwater if that matters.
