Air Conditionning Error code P5 ?

The same reason that non-sea ray members are allowed to participate on the board, because it has been decided that is the way it is going to be, right or wrong. Several members have said they are not answering someone that does not have their boat information in their signature. So if someone ask the question about your boat information they are actually trying to help you maybe get to the answer you are looking for. If you come back with a smart response to the question I can almost say with certain confidence that you are probably not going to get many posters responding. Just my HONEST opinion.

Yet another dude who says "I have a problem..." and doesn't let anyone know what kind of boat he/she/it has. One would think after reading this board one would know not to post a question without that info... sell your boat.

I say you have grass clippings in your outside heat exchanger. You do have a Trane don't you?

Ah Gary, we've had our run-ins. Why do you have to be like that? I think you have an error code.

I had the HI P5 or PS on the bow unit and checked the coil screen filter, which was clean. I then wiggled the two wire connections on what looked like a pressure sensor that pointed straight up and it would then stay on and run fine. My water flow was stronger in the back port but still sufficient on the front port, so check the pressure sensor connections and make sure that they have a good connection.

98 420ac, 3 cruisair units, all three are pumping water out the thru hulls overboard. The salon runs about ten minutes and shuts offf with PS/LO code flashing. Fan and Compressor run, vacuumed out screens and fins. When it does start up it is blowing cold air? Any Ideas before i call in a mobil tech?

Don't mean to hi-jack, but others have stated similar issues I have...... My helm air is frigid, but my salon unit has great water flow, getting less flow out of my forward cabin unit but it's end of the line and still sufficient, both filters are clean and I'm not getting any codes.
Both units were blowing warm air, so I recently had my home AC guy charge both with 1-pound of refrigerant each. They now feel a little cooler but not putting out any where near the cold air that they should.
Like other 420/44DA owners, I have one intake, strainer and pump with one hose that feeds all three units. Any advice on what may remedy this issue?
What is the tell tail indications that it's time to replace one/both of these factory units?!

Had the same issue on my 2006 340. Suggest you disconnect the hose after the pump. Find a way to attach a hose the let water run thru your system for several minutes. Check for water coming out of the side of your boat. Usually very dirty. This will will clear the muck which might be causing your issue.
