About to pull trigger on a KVH Satt. TV,.....any thoughts?

Before I do this, any thoughts yea or nay?
I just might keep my 320 4-5 yrs. then look into a 40-42.
Will I just lose my investment for this, or does a portion of this add value when selling?

To be realistic, I don't believe there is an ROI. I had an M3 system put in 8 months ago. This, along with numerous upgrades and I figured my boat would be sold in a month (listed the boat for sale 6 weeks ago).....crickets. Not a single serious inquiry to date. boats are a rapidly depreciating asset. If you can afford ithe KVH system and will enjoy it, go for it. But don't expect future payback on upgrades when you sell. Most buyers out there want the boat cheap and don't care about Bristol or upgrades.
