How is it a threat? just asking.. Gary did post pictures of his house and told where at least one son went to school.. now that being said.. I think it's all kind of petty... but the picture Ron posted pretty much sums it up.

Good gad! You can certainly tell it is winter in the Northeast. Look at the CRAP on this forum! Frankly.. . I have been depressed since I hauled out the boat . . oh. . .a week ago. Still regretting the haul out with the spate of warm weather.

How is it a threat? just asking...

I don't know all the facts...just internet chatter...and mine is an observation, not an indictment. I served as a judge for a few years, and one of my jobs was to preside over "probable cause" hearings. That is the hearing in which conduct is measured to see if "probable cause" exists for a warrant to issue or an arrest to stand. If, in the course of an inflamed argument between two parties, one sent a letter to the other's wife referencing her home and children in an intimidating manner, then I suspect that probable cause would be found for terroristic threats (term of art, not to be confused with the whole Mid-East thing) and an arrest order issued. Whether a conviction would follow would depend on a number of other factors. If the facts were egregious, and took place over state lines, it could also fall into a number of interstate categories and be treated quite seriously.
