8.1 Bogging at high RPM

I have a 2006 Sundancer 38’.
8.1 HO engines just had injectors cleaned.
When I hit about 3600 to 4000 RPM
The port engine RPM drops to 3000 then back up then drops to 3000 then back up?
Any ideas what would cause this pulsating RPM

What's your fuel pressure doing when this happens? Have you had that CF3 apart?

I just had the injectors done and fuel pressure regulator. Merc Cruiser had a recall on my year 8.1.
I took boat out after and did not notice first run because i did not go over 3200 RPM.
The next time i used i went WOT and thats when I noticed the fluctuating RPM at 3600 to 4000 RPM.
I did not check pressure just docked the boat.
