bogging 8.1 ho at high rpm

I have a 2006 Sundancer 38’. 8.1 HO engines just had injectors cleaned. When I hit about 3600 to 4000 RPM The port engine RPM drops to 3000 then back up then drops to 3000 then back up? Any ideas what would cause this pulsating RPM
