Are you going to buy a new table? Is your old one damaged so bad it couldn't be repaired?

Was your boat at LOTO when you purchased it?

Boat was out east, bought her from the bank so some of the inventory is missing, which kinda sucks but well worth the savings. The table was left in the cockpit for some stupid reason so the finish is shot and there is minor damage to the vaneer. I've got a guy here in springfield who is going to try and repair it first. Hopefully he can build one cheaper then the folks in florida if need be.

Did you buy the one Common Wealth Boat Brokers had? If so, I remember seeing that one on their website.

Jeff,

I can tell you that boat has been moved to Deltaville, VA and I've been all over it. I made an offer in February where it was sitting before it was moved and made a 15% Lower offer once it was moved and was stripped. The boat has some missing & broken parts issues and they should have taken my original offer. I see the boat only going down in market value as prospective purchasers review the boat in detail. Who knows, might still pick it up but certainly for less than original offer.

There are alot of them on the market and the asing prices keep dropping and by the middle of July they are going down in value again IMHO.

Sold - but would be curious what price it took to do the deal.

Thats her! I was just like you with the missing inventory and parts needing replaced. So i offered accordingly  Luckily she was a MM boat, otherwise i would have passed on her but we were able to review ALL of the service records on her. She was well taken care of prior to repo.

Congratulations, Make sure you get the Magna grill and great table that was on the back deck area and hope to see you in the area. I'm still looking and would be very interested to know what you got her for if you'd care to share either on line or through a PM to me.

When she got to Deltaville those items were on her but some people showed up from we belevie from Commonwealth to strip the boat. I was on her last Saturday one more time and it looked like most everything except a couple of lines had been stripped off the boat.

Thanks for the heads up on the grill.... I'll call and ask them whats up with that.... It does suck that I'll have to buy new sunpads and a few other things but im just glad nothing major was taken.... like an e120 or kvh.

Does anyone know what size sheets the master bed takes on a 48? Thats first on my list to replace!

well i splashed the 48 yesterday and started cleaning house. (which sucks on a repo) think ill be having a garage sale this weekend! and took a few notes.

To my surprise the boat has ocean led's on the transom and port/starboard vents. These were obviously aftermarket and I am having trouble finding the switch for the transom lights. The vents are wired in with the indirect cockpit switch. I would assume the transoms would be the same. Which brings me to my next point..... I keep throwing the breaker on the aft bilge pump, the engine room camera (which is mounted aft) doesnt work, and these underwater transom lights. I didnt have enough time last night to dig into it any further but are these three problems correlated? Possibly on the same fuse?

Lastly I am getting a fwd sump alarm. Didnt get much time to locate the fwd sump but all the sinks and heads seemed to work ok.

Maybe try to locate the sump pump for the shower. It may be clogged and need cleaning or something. I'm not sure where it would be on your boat but probably under the cabin deck near the shower.

I think your right on that one, I didnt get a chance to run the shower as everything else drained ok.

Does one of your AC units drain into that sump pump? Perhaps(as someone else mentioned) there is just a bunch of "gunk" in the sump box.

Did they leave a bunch of junk on the boat or are you just doing a thorough cleaning?
