Perhaps you could have a diver look at the bottom. Cheaper and easier.
Agree. I will pull the boat out and/or get a diver but I'm having a hard time understanding why I wouldn't feel any type of vibration if something was fouled on the bottom and/or if I picked up something. typically, if the props are fouled, you'd hear some sort of vibration. This is across both engines and I can barely keep rpm, no black smoke and everything I've read from Tony Athens site points me towards fuel (lack of) so my first test is to change the RACORS and filter at the engines. Can't hurt to try.
