460 DA Owners Thread

Hi Joint Custody,
Bottom track-AFT 39"
Bottom track FWD 26"

To measure the top tracks I need to start taking things apart.
If you really need them, I will do that.

HI folks. The black tank, despite being empty, is reading 1/2 full. Is there a secret or special way for me to get the sensors back reading properly? I suspect something got stuck in there. Maybe push some water in there a few times and suck it out? Thoughts?

Noflex or Carters' poopy powder. Search the forum for those. Either will likely clean the sensors and fix the problem.

You can get away with one pump. I will admit for the price it’s nice to have a backup because if one fails you’re still fine. I actually wish Sea Ray did this in more items… ie battery charger and AC pumps.

I have noflex and put it in there. I"m guessing I really need to fill the tank with some water, suck out, do over and over.... yes?

I would say follow the directions on the Noflex bottle. Don't be in a hurry to empty the tank. When it's time from normal use empty then continue with the Noflex. May take a bit of time but the stuff just works.

Hey guys,
Looking for a set or port side 23x27 props for a 2003 46 dancer. Need ASAP so looking for a quick source.

Hi folks. I just had my new props put on and didn’t realize that I had shaft zincs and also didn’t realize I have 4 swim platform zincs (doh!). So I have to get her pulled again. What zincs should I get for the swim platform? I believe they are 2” but can’t find any information. Thank you!

Ok, thank you.

It would be cheaper to put a diver under the boat for zincs than haul it again...

Get a diver to put the zincs on. No need to pull the boat. My diver does all my zincs.

+6/

While the boat was getting pulled out of the water, I asked the operator for approx weight. Holy smokes is this boat heavy. He indicated it was approx 39k. I had a full tank of fuel, half tank of water, dinghy was on the platform but had no idea this boat weighed this much. Is that typical for a hard top and swim platform boat?
