460 DA Owners Thread

There are 2 contact terminals under the helm. Test both - sounds like one of them doesn't have power.

Thanks- so wiring run from battery terminal to main breaker and then main breaker to contact terminals and then contact terminals to switch>?

Are there any other fuses somewhere? Wiring diagram doesnt show - the electronics switch on DC distribution panel loos like it has its own Terminal Stud - fuse somewhere?

I'm not aware of any fuses. Breakers are in the port side cabinet and underneath the switches at the helm station to starboard.

FYI: There is a fuse panel IN the dash just to the port side of the wheel. It contains fuses for electronics only. (I have since reconfigured all this.)

Thanks for everyone’s help. Found a broken wire attached to the port side stud behind the breaker panel. Recrimped that and have electronics back (vhf, stereo, chartplotters, auto pilot).

Still no running lights or anchor light but will check power to those tomorrow and try to trace.

anyone know what brand / model the overhead spoiler lights are on the 460? We have two inspection plates that look like they used to be lights and I’d like to put them back in.

FWIW - I had the same 2 inspection plates on our 460

Sea Ray wiring schematic has a mention of a bilge harness for bilge pumps, sump pumps, blowers, etx. WHere in the bilge is this harness? I dont see a main panel down there on the 460.

My Windshield vent window is leaking badly. Taylor no longer has the seal that goes around. Any ideas?

120.00 for the lights
100.00 for steering wheel
50.00 for the clock
250.00 each for the pumps Cummins 6CTA8 600 hours on them and I will throw in the impellers, pumps are good . I upgraded to Tonys pumps.

Pumps have only been in fresh water!

You pay freight.

Our door to the salon seems to have come apart. Seems like there used to be two studs that would take the first panel with the second but we’ve lost those. Has this happened to anyone else and have had it repaired ?

Thanks Joint Custody, this was a great idea and nice addition. Even the Admiral said she liked it!
