I need to replace the port engine oil pan fittings to the hose for Reverso oil change system. I am not having good luck finding the fittings. Looks like at least two or three pieces from pan to a 90 degree, then the 90 degree into a fitting on the blue hose to Reverso. I also posted this on the Diesel engine forums but no replies yet.
Can anyone point me in right direction? I'd like to replace all the fittings from hose to pan including the 90 degree. The two or three pieces between pan and 90 are especially looking bad in rust, and want to at least have the parts ready to go in case it lets loose before next oil change in few months.
Thank you!

Has anyone replaced the "Lift A Dot" posts on the top of the venturi?

We replaced the big curved corner windows with polycarbonate and the side glass with new 60 mil isenglas.

Lost two of the windshield DOT posts. Do they slide out or bend in...?

Thanks!

I was looking for the adapters also for my engine. What I found for the QSC series the pan is metric threaded. It is M18X1.5 with a flat ring gasket (there are variations so you need to verify). The QSM for others is 1-18 UNS with flat ring gasket.
Your's would be something like this to the best I can determine-
https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-10AN‑M18x1-5-315‑04301‑010-Replacement-Universal/dp/B09CMT1H8P/ref=sr_1_9?keywords=oil+drain+plug+adapter&qid=1682765601&sr=8-9

Thanks Tom,
Mine at pan is M22 x 1.5 x 14. Then goes into 90 and then hose fitting. I’ll attach picture in case it helps.

So I am mistaken in that I thought that drain went to the Reverso pump. It actually is the drain line from the air cleaner oil residue. But still it's coming out of side of oil pan.

Anyone replace the courtesy lights on the steps in the salon? Tired of staring into the existing ones when laying in bed. Would be nice to replace with a down light type fixture.

I've been looking for a good option for this as well. Step lights to the bridge too...

One of my anchor winch deck switches is intermittent.. And I suspect the other isn’t far behind it.

What are your thoughts, replace or fix?

Imtra/Vimar make small step lights that shoot down but they are $$$. The existing covers slide off, I think by pushing left. Wonder if a cut piece of red photographic gel, thin acetate, would tone the light down. Those lights are LED so not much heat and the gels are the same that Hollywood uses over hot quartz lights.

Replace. There are some nice ones with stainless covers I have looked at in the past...

You move fast! That was a real twist of the arm!! ;)

They were already in the basket awaiting approval from you guys :)

Who h ones did you order?

I bought 2 of the original white Sea Ray Footswitches #757765 from FP Marine @$69 each. I didn’t want to take any chances with hole size or fastener spacing …

I got the SS ones and they fit perfect. They look nice with the polished SS anchor.

Need a little help on setting up a very small pump for the pesky center "dry" bilge chamber.

I could swear there was a discussion on this thread where somebody used a very small pump with clear tubing. Then someone came up with the idea of a controller where you could put the probes in the bottom of the bilge area and they would make the electrical connection when there is water present. For the life of me I cannot find it. It was a great solution and very inexpensive.

I vacuum mine out but when running the boat, the water runs to the aft end of the chamber. I already have a round hole with a cover on it.

Was I dreaming...hallucinating...on another thread or forum?

This should help:

And this is probably the thread you saw earlier:
