Starts fine. Usually gets up to 3,800 rpm range for a few minutes, then the problem starts.
The cycle is quick. First the hesitation, then the warning horn, then starts again...that is like 1 second, then 5 seconds later, the cycle repeats.
If I pull the RPMs back to 2000ish, the problem goes away immediately.
The MAP sensor is indicating a fault, so replacing that, its on order.
Any other ideas?
Btw, twin 4.3 Mercruisers on a Searay Sundancer, with Alphas, 2001. Throttle body fuel injection.
