Paid $2.95 at home before I left. Sumbitches in Baltimore were getting $3.89 gal.

Just got word from St Somewhere that he has lost a turbo in the Delaware Bay and is turning back. The boat is running at 10 knots, but any faster and it heats up. He has reserved a room at the hotel for a couple of nights and expects to get in by car after dinner tonight.

We broke the trip up into short stages this year:

Stage 1 Va Beach to Solomons, MD-flat calm
Stage 2 Solomons to Baltimore, MD - flat calm
Stage 3 Baltimore to Chesapeake City, MD - flat calm
Stage 4 Chesapeake City to Cape May, NJ - 1' in the Delaware Bay 9 on a 10 scale
Stage 5 Cape May to Atlantic City, NJ - 1 -2 rollers in the Ocean 9 on a 10 scale

Nice! Better than some years for sure! Have a blast, sorry I am missing it.

That's right, it didn't happen. All of those who were going to attend, did not attend and they are all sworn to secrecy...

The photos require large amounts of bandwidth and large amounts of time. Since we are too busy socializing and BS'ing, including tonight, there has been little time for uploading photos. We should get the first few posted by Monday afternoon with the video from Captain Ron in a couple of weeks.

A bunch of them are still out at dinner right now and have yet to get back to the dock. Tomorrow is a travel day for everyone and we'll be the last ones to get home.

Also, we are awaiting the videos from "drone boy" aka Converse48.

And then there were the times when boat cleanliness was documented and posted on the way into the marina. Come on man, step up your game!
