Marshall jinxed me.

One of my brand new Hardin raw water pumps just gave up the ghost. Trawling at 10 knots to keep it cool until we get to port. Have to install a spare tonight.

I just put these on this year. Looks like front seal has failed. More later.

He's limping into Annapolis. Should be an easy replacement - has a full spare on board. Excuse me ... I'm heading to the basement to dig out my old slighty leaky OEM Merc pump to take with me.

I changed BOTH raw water pumps before I left so I wouldn't have to deal with this...

So, now I get to put the old pump back on. Sheesh.

Just a reminder-

If you or your friends did not register with Cruise Director Ron and get your name put on the list on page 1 and you show up unannounced at the event:

a. You will not receive the negotiated discount for a slip
b. You will not have any tickets and credentials which means that you will not be able to get out on the dock
c. You will not be able to attend the Table of the Gods dinner on Friday night
d. You will not receive your free souvenir T-shirt
e. You may find yourself slipped over on "A" dock instead of with the group

This is a FREE event provided you:

1. register with the Cruise Director
2. bring an offering for the Friday night covered dish buffet
 
I wish I could have made it this year. Maybe next year?

Good Lord! I would rather fly cross country than go to Kansas.
