I am still learning my way around my 2006 240 Sundancer, purchased last month and launched April 1st. Slept on the boat for the first time last weekend and had trouble getting the tabletop to stay in place under the V-berth.
So, the tabletop is used to support the center v-berth cushion. When putting the tabletop in place, it seems to hit the galley, but I eventually get it to sit on the mounts; however, any pressure on the left side (galley side) makes the tabletop fall to the floor. This was a very frustrating experience.
Am I doing something wrong? Nothing appears to be broken on the the tabletop or mounts. Is there a trick to setting the top so it supports weight?
I would really appreciate any insights from those familiar with this setup.
Thanks in advance for your help!
